The ambiance was great, friendly staff but the treatments were ehhhh, i expected more.. Spent 100 for a couples add on reflexology and i felt it was just them rubbing oil nothing else. My massage therapist was good but I wanted a bit more pressure with my massage. My husband therapist rushed his massage and spent more time walking back and forth to get oil. I think it was overpriced for what we got.

I had a wonderful experience at Zen Retreat! I booked the Bali Night package with a body scrub, Swedish massage and facial. The body scrub made me feel so smooth and refreshed. I still feel amazing days later. My therapist Claudia did both the scrub and facial. She was kind and funny throughout making me feel extremely comfortable for my first spa experience. Claudia took the time to assess my skin and give me recommendations for the future. On top of everything they gave me a complimentary hand treatment. The massage therapist was amazing, highly skilled and attentive. I left feeling so relaxed and ready to take on the week. I have already booked another treatment for next month. I would highly recommend for anyone in need of a nice, relaxing day.Thanks again.

Had a lovely time here for a massage treatment. Facility was clean. Staff were very welcoming. Masseuse was professional and she did great work. Recommended !
